Hi Everybody,
I bought some rice flakes (pawa) by Suraj at Extra Foods (Canada) and am
wondering what to do with them?

Also, does Breyers' icecream (Canada) contain gluten? I am concerned about
the mono and diglycerides.
Apparently Diaryland (Vancouver) makes its mono and diglycerides with corn
and so their milk products are gluten free.

Western Family (Calgary) distributes some Capers from Spain. What vinegar
could the capers be pickled in?
