Dear list.
I was told a long time ago that I need to take calcium supplements for
Osteoporosis. I have tried to take some that I bought in the pharmacy,
and the VA sent me a bunch of them. All that I have taken make my
stomach very upset. I will be seeing a doctor next week about my
Osteoporosis, and I know she is going to insist that I start taking
calcium again.

Has anyone ever found a calcium pill that won't upset the stomach? I
realize that everyone is a little different, but it is worth a try. I
just saw an add on line by Elixir Industries that claims that their
calcium pill won't upset the stomach. However, they don't indicate
whether it is GF, and Soy free. I have tried writing them but haven't
been able to make contact yet.

I will summarize.
