Help! My daughter was doing so well after being diagnosed last year. I
think she's gotten something with gluten in it, even though I can't figure it
out. Although that's not the problem. Her attendance at school has been
fantastic, til this past month. Does anyone know of anything a celiac can
take that would help to get her through a gluten reaction. She is calling me
from school almost everyday and I think the nurses are beginning to think I'm
a "mean" mommy for not taking her home. I don't want her to suffer, but I
also want her to try to get through her day so she isn't suffering
academically either. Any ideas?
