Based on the post in issue 2009-279, it seems that not all PF Chang's use
the same method for identifying GF prepared foods.  Our local PF Chang's
uses round v. square plates.  Maybe to be safe, anyone orderingshoudl first
ask how they differentiate at their local restaurant, logos, shape of
plates, etc.
