Hi -
This summer, I finally had a blood test to confirm that I was gluten
intolerant. I haven't eaten wheat in a couple of years, but did not
realize that gluten was just about in everything. The problem I have now
is that I have multiple food allergies, leaky gut syndrome, dysbiosis,
an easily irritated colon and I am really underweight. Really. I'm a
teacher. Tomorrow we have inservice and the kids start Wednesday. I
teach 7 periods and 4 different subjects. I don't think I have to drive
a bus this year.

I feel like I've reached the bottom of the barrel, health wise. I would
appreciate any advice from those of you who have been there and done that.

Any comments on meal supplements? I have two options, HealthGain and
ENFood. Both claim to be gluten free, but contain maltodextrins.

Thanks.

Take Care,
 John
