Here is a really good gluten free cereal: Nature's Path Honey'd Corn Flakes.
It says right on the front of the box that it is Gluten Freen, Pure Honey
Sweetened, and grown without pesticides, so it is not only gluten free, but
healthy and fat free! It is available at Ralphs supermarkets here in Los
Angeles. Kellogg's Corn Pops are also GF, however not quite as healthy. At
health food stores you can buy U.S. Mills Poppets (orange & lemon flavoured
puffed rice balls) and Breadshop brand Puffs & Honey. Also Maple Corns
(don't remember the brand). Hope this helps!
