Someone asked about a cereal that fills a person up better than puffed rice
or puffed corn. A hot cereal I have found that I sometimes like for a
change is Quaker's Instant Grits, or Quaker Quick Grits. They are available
at many grocery stores, and are pretty easy to make. I melt in some cheese
after I cook the grits, and it keeps me going better than some cold cereals.
Grits, of course aren't the most flavorful food in the world, but they are
fairly filling.
