If the 1 in 200 number is accurate according to medical science, then the
number of celiacs in this country would be 1,500,000.  It seems that I know
all of those myself, but whatever.  Perhaps this might change your approach
to food processors. The real number is actually far greater than this. People
with misappsorbtion digestive maladies, and its associated symtoms constitute
approximately 40% of all medical practice. Accurate surveying techniques are
required to bring these issues to the general populace.
