Dear Listmates - 

The CSA/GC (Celiac Sprue Association of Greater Chicago) is hosting a Gluten-Free Dining Event on Wednesday, February 4th, at the Burgundy Bistro, 3462 W. Vollmer Road, Olympia Fields, IL, at 7 pm! 

This is a gourmet restaurant. Owner/chef Tamara has Celiac Disease and will be preparing a gluten-free feast! 

The menu will include your choice of appetizer, soup, main course with side dish, GF breads and rolls, and a special GF dessert created by Tamara. Drinks are extra. Price is $29.84 including tax and gratuity.

RSVP and your menu choices (from menu that one of us will email you) are due by January 28th, so please respond promptly. 

We hope to see you there! Usually CSA/GC events take place in the north or northwest suburbs of Chicago, and those of us who live south have been waiting a long time for a gourmet event like this! Won't you joint us?
