This is a reminder to those of you in the San Antonio area that Rita
Sturzbecher, local celiac,  will be doing a baking demonstration for us at
Whole Foods, Saturday, October 8, from 2-4pm..  There is no fee, but you do
need to RSVP with Anne Barfield at 210 340-0648 or [log in to unmask]
.  We have already had quite a few call to reserve a space, so don’t wait
too long.  Any of you who have tried Rita’s buns and pies will want to hear
what she has to share with us.  She will be focusing on her buns and her pie
crust.



We will also have our Alamo Celiac cookbooks there for sale. Hope to see you
there.
