My husband and I are spending a few days at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando FL prior to leaving for a cruise. Does anyone have any helpful ideas or information on eating safely at the restaurants located in the Rosen Centre Hotel or in the area of the Orange County Convention Center.  Traveling and eating out safely is such a challenge and any helpful information would be greatly appreciated and help remove some of the pre-travel jitters.
