Hello all,

   I am currently undergoing a gluten challenge in preparation for a biopsy
next Tuesday.  I was doing fine the first week and a half but over the past
several days have developed what I think is probably DH.  I have large
swaths of incredibly itchy and stinging red rash around my neck, armpits,
back of the knees, and groin area.  I am little bit unsure what to do at
this point.  If I went gluten free would it help relieve the DH symptoms
before next Tuesday or would I risk the chance of a false negative on the
biopsy.  Also, is there anything over the counter that can be taken to help
relieve the itching and stinging- I haven't been able to sleep the past
couple of nights and would like some relief from this.  I would appreciate
any comments from anyone with experience in this situation or other general
