Recently there have been a number of posts which have asked for assistance
in getting off our List, changing addresses, or other aspects of
administering the poster's own email account.

Please remember that such posts are a waste of time for over 2,200
subscribers, none of whom can implement your request.  Many non-US
subscribers do not have unlimited email access (ala America on-Line) and
these posts not only waste their time, but also cost them money.
