Hey everyone....just a quick note.

Today I called the M&M/MARS company. I know that you've probably
already seen a lot of their products listed on some of the gluten-free
pages. But the representative on the phone assured me that it is always
best to call and update. She said that they won't publish a
"gluten-free" list of their foods as products and ingredients can
change.

Anyhow, after a lot of questioning, and being put on hold so that the
rep could talk to the quality control people, I was provided with the
following list of gluten-free products:

Skittles
Starburst-hard, jelly beans, fruit (chews, I think)
M&Ms-all except for crispy (crispies have malt)
Dove chocolates
Snickers
Snickers munch
Snickers Ice Cream Bar
Dove Ice Cream
Mars Bar
3 Musketeers
Milky Way Midnight

The reason I called was because we had a bag of the new Easter M&M
Peanut Butter Eggs. One of the very last ingredients listed is dextrin.
However, the rep says that they should be gluten-free. So, I'm going
to do further investigating. Right now, newly diagnosed and still
trying to recover, I'm obviously staying away from these foods. But,
M&Ms are my favorite. ha ha :)

Thanks everyone for your support. Hope this list is helpful to you!
