Assuming the celiac patient has no specific complaints, is attempting to
maintain a gf diet,   maintaining weight, is biospy diagonosed and
rechecked after the first year, etc, what is the recommended testing (blood
and whatever else) for a yearly follow up visit with the
gastroenterologist?
