Well, I'm not sure that she CAN tolerate corn and soy.  I'm still trying to
sort all of her intolerances out.  And since she is not celiac but severely
autistic (non-verbal), I have a hard time distinguising between food
reactions, and plain old "autistic and suppose to be like that" behavior.
 
BTW, Alan, how do you mean your son was 'formally autistic'??  Do you mean
to say that he *was* autistic and isn't anymore??
