Dear Listmates,

There have been several postings recently about the GF status of Dippin Dots.
Here is the reply I got from the company when I e-mailed them to ask them
about it:

Thank you for your inquiry. The base mixes used by Dippin' Dots are
formulated to be gluten free. However, the companies that supply us with
our flavorings do produce other products that may contain gluten allowing
the possibility of cross contamination with our flavors. Because of this,
we do not declare our product to be gluten free. We are currently working
with the flavoring companies to insure complete isolation of our flavorings
for this purpose.

*Please provide references to back up claims of a product being GF or not GF*
