Does TUMSR contain gluten?
Although we do not use gluten as a filler in TUMSR, there may be trace
amounts of gluten in the tablets via ingredients that are supplied by
outside vendors.


Can TUMSR be taken by people who cannot tolerate dairy products?
Yes, with a few exceptions.*

The flavoring in the orange tablets in TUMSR Smoothies Assorted Fruit
contains dairy. In addition, TUMSR EX Assorted Fresh Blend Flavors has a
component in its flavor system that is chemically similar to dairy, so
we cannot say that this flavor contains "no dairy."

*If someone's milk allergies are very serious or life-threatening: Any
flavor can be put on any packaging line, and the bins that hold the
tablets are used interchangeably. Although we have cleaning procedures
in place, we cannot guarantee that some small trace of the Assorted
Fresh Blend Flavors or, Smoothies Assorted Fruit would not be present in
the other products.
