Thanks for all the replies.  Most people have continued to use Synthroid with no problems.  One person had ill-effects but thought it was from the mannitol and lactose in the Synthroid.  
   With Tirosint is harder to get the right dosage,  but some are using it well once that dosage is attained.  
  I have decided to go back to Synthroid since I was feeling jumpy on the Tirosint, even though the dosage was finally adjusted to get me in the right range.    My endo said it was up to me.  We are going to check levels in 2 months and I get my celiac antibodies done at that time also so I think I will get a good idea of how things are going  then.
