Hi,

Thanks everyone for your thoughtful responses. The
majority stated that Quaker Corn Meal is ok and most
have been using it with no adverse effects. I had 5
responses stating they had bad reactions to it and a
few people just said not to chance it. Several people
said that Quaker is probably stating the
cross-contamiation aspect to protect themselves. So I
guess it's just a matter of whether someone is
concerned about the cross-contamination possiblity or
not. Other suggestions for corn meal were: Lamb's
Stoneground Cornmeal, Albers Cornmeal, and Arrowhead
Mills Cornmeal.
