I just wanted to reply to the recipe about the gf peanut butter cookies with the Hershey's kiss.  I made them last night and everyone in our house loved them.  The  cookies make a lot , but they are small.  
Anyway, I just hope people give them a try because they are so easy to make.    All 3 of my picky children and my non gf husband ate them.  (They are all gone already)
