I am planning a trip to Disney World and would like some suggestions for those that have recently visited there.  I have searched the archives but really didn't find very many recommendations that were less than one year old.  
I am looking for fast service lunch suggestions at all the parks, sit down dinner suggestions and of course, snacks throughout the park like ice cream and popsicles and juices.
