I would like to receive suggestions for gluten-free prepackage foods
which can be bought at just about any grocery store.  Someone told me
that 3Musketeers, Milkyway Dark, Snickers, and Dove Bars are gluten
free.  They also mentioned that regular flavored Cheetos are supposedly
gluten free, as are Tostedos.  I would be interested in any lists which
you may have compiled of possible suggestions.  Specify in your
response as to whether the items maybe questionable.  If you have
phone numbers for the manufacturers, please include them.  I am also
hoping for names of restaurant chains that are gluten-free customer
friendly.  Thanks.  I took my blood test Friday and I am waiting for the
results.  I have been off Gluten for about 2 weeks and my symptoms are
vanishing into thin air--water retention is gone, my "hayfever" is gone,
I've been able to stop using 3 inhalers, weakness, depression,  bad PMS,
bowel troubles, even my lactose intolerance is showing dramatic
improvement.  By the way, I called the manufacturer of Dairy Ease.  They
cannot promise non-contamination, but will not tell me why.  Now that I
am gluten free, I do better without Dairy Ease  than I was doing with it.
