I recommended the Gefen gluten-free, sugar-free cake mix yesterday.  Be aware that sorbitol can cause major gas and diarrhea.  (Several listmates wrote back.)

And in the ingredient list, it is listed first.  I'm sure the sorbitol added to my discomfort yesterday, although I had started to react to something earlier in the week, which is why I was wondering about the Klein's ice cream.  Then I remembered, I was also eating sugar-free, gf Passover cookies.....so it may not have been gluten this week.   May have been the artificial sugars, which I normally avoid.  Back to eating healthy, today!
