Since I had had a reaction to Boston Market's chicken, I called the
toll-free number and inquired further. According to the lady I talked
to, the "Deep Marinade" chicken contains:

Caramel color, chicken, chicken meat, citric acid, flavoring, carea gum,
lactic acid, potassium phosphate, salt, soybean, sugar, tapioca, and wheat

I was ready to ask questions about the caramel color and the flavoring,
when she got to the last ingredient.

Then I asked her about the g-f list that Lynn posted. She brought it up
on her screen, and she clarified that the ORIGINAL RECIPE chicken
is gluten-free, but that is not what is in the Boston Market stores now.

I suggested they update their database.
