I should think that if enough Celiacs made enough noise, a company
(perhaps Ener-G foods?) could be convinced of a large enough market to
find a supplier of "pure" uncontaminated oats, thus affording braver
celiacs the opportunity to mass-test the oat theory.

I, for one, would like to have "pure" oats available, if only for the
bread-making possibilities, and the cookie potentials! Yum.....
