Autumn in the Catskills and Gluten-free gourmet dining at two of the
CIA's fine restaurants - Luncheon at the newest Italian restaurant on
Campus - "Ristorante Caterina de' Medici" then dinner at the highly
acclaimed "Escoffier".
A wine and cheese get together to kick things off Thursday evening.
Complete GF buffet breakfast each morning. A tour of the CIA. A
gluten-free baking demonstration at the CIA by their Master Bakery Chef
and Instructor.
Then we wrap it up with a visit to one of the most popular wineries in
the area for a tour and tasting.
