I didn't get a definitive answer on this. One person told me their
allergist said that if you're intolerant to a food you are likely to be
intolerant to airborne allergens from the food. Food grains, like corn,
rice, oats, wheat, are in the grass family.

Someone else told me they didn't think they would be related because
pollen doesn't have gliadin.

I would believe epidemiological studies of correlation, not that kind of
deduction.

After all, why am i intolerant to all grains, not just gluten grains? I
have an immune reaction to gliadin. Maybe gliadin intolerance causes
reactions to proteins that come along with the gliadin.

I don't have digital wading boots, so i haven't tried wading through all
the stuff Pubmed has on gluten intolerance.
