A couple of people from the list have pointed out that Dr. Connealy suggested “farrow” as an alternative grain for celiacs in her newsletter that I sent out to the listserv earlier.  I was not familiar with farro, but have just learned that it is a form of wheat.  The other grains mentioned, including salba, are aok.  I will write to Dr. Connealy to point out her error.
