Just FYI, with regard to nasal sprays. I've been using Rhinocort Aqua when my asthma acts up. When I checked into it, a couple of years ago, it was gluten-free. I do not have a gluten reaction to it. I just find it makes me too dry, if I use it on a regular basis.
