"Allergy" and "Intolerance" are technical terms --even the FDA tries to
distinguish between them in their writings for the consumer on reactions to
food, but for me it was too vague. Definitions please first and then:
 
All we "celiac patients" medically all one but with different sensitivities
to gluten OR are we two  ---some "intolerant" of gluten with cancer
consequences if untreated and others "allergic" to gluten? (perhaps  having
a mixture of these two.)
 
If there are two distinct medical conditions,  is there any difference  in
treatment and especially monitoring for each?
