Dear Friends,

In a summary it was quoted:

>....I have CD, and this year I've ordered spelt matzo from Monsey, NY. It's
>also baked in Brooklyn.

Do not be fooled by the name "SPELT." Spelt IS wheat. It is not a
controversial grain, it is just plain wheat. If you eat it you will get a
reaction! And while we are on the subject, Kamut is also wheat. Some
people can get away with eating these two grains, but this is because they
are alergic NOT intollerant like we are. (there is a difference)
Again, spelt and kamut are just names for two varieties of wheat.

Be careful out there,
Lynda ;)
