I'll be traveling in Europe this spring and would like to make a list of
restaurants that are celiac-friendly.  Does anyone have any specific
recommendations for London, Paris, Amsterdam, Bruges or Venice?  Has anyone
on the list ever lived in Paris?  I hope to rent an apartment there for a
month and would like to bake if I can find gluten-free mixes.
