       Hi all,
    Does anyone have a good definition for the levels of gluten intolerance.
I have been meaning to ask this for a while.
     gluten allergy------
     gluten intolerance---
    celiac disease-----  I think we have a good idea of what celiac disease
is, but the difference between allergy and intolerance and intolerance to
celiac disease is not clear to me.  If someone has a good definition or a
good way to describe it, I would like to know.
