Call Alpineaire Foods, (916) 272-1971 and ask them for an list of what they
sell, and specifically ask them to include ingredients list. As Bette
Hagman says in the back of her cookbook (which has a nice list of suppliers
of gluten-free products) "Some [Alpineaire Foods] products can be found in
specialty sporting goods stores and healthfood stores." They sell
freeze-dried foods that are suitable for camping and backpacking.
