All Turkeys are gluten free. The modified food starch in the turkeys is
derived from either corn or
potatoes depending on the turkey you choose. CAUTION: if you purchase a
Jennie-O turkey do not use the instant gravy packet that is included with
the turkey, it is not gluten free.  The gravy contains wheat flour, so there
may need to be some concern for cross contamination

Honeysuckle Turkeys

Honeysuckle White Brand "Fresh Cuts" are not only gluten free, they are free
of MSG also. According to their website, no flour is used on their conveyor
belts. Honeysuckle White Deli meats are also listed as gluten free.
