I ate at McCormick and Schmick's seafood retaurant in Harrah hotel. They 
had a gluten free menu and the food was excellent.
Other suggestions were the continental retaurant and Ruth Chris in Caesars 
hotel
P.F Chang, Carmines N.Y.C.' Cuba Libre in the Tropicana Hotel.
In Harrahs    there are four restaurants that can accommodate you.
On the boardwalk in Ocean City Pure Tacos and bashful are gluten free.
