WARNING:  Since I was concerned that the list below is *so* extensive, I asked Shoney’s to verify the list for me.  I haven’t heard back from them yet (about one month ago).  Until then, I would encourage you to check the gluten free status of the food you eat with the manager or chef of the location you go to.

Here’s their reply, the gf menu items obtained from their allergen matrix, and a couple of relevant links.
