I am a long term Celiac, and I am getting married soon.
I checked the archives and found some suggestions for Wedding Cake,
but the last summary is almost two years old.

We have a friend that is going to do the cake for us, but we need a
good recipe.
There are several cake recipes that I normally make that work well,
but I wanted to have something different and special for my wedding.
If you have a recipe or mix that is worth trying, please forward it to
me, and I will put out a summary when the replys are all in.
