Does anyone know why any grape wine would not be GF? I see constant posts
asking about wine. I thought that wine is made from grapes, fermented with
yeast, certain finings are used for clarity such as isinglass, and nitrates
for a preservative. Could it be that some people are sensitive to the
nitrates and report these reactions as a celiac reaction? Anyone out there
work for a winery? Thanks, I'll summarize.
