Because Gayle Kennedy appears to have had good luck with NAET
[www.NAET.com] I tried it. So far I have not had a hypoglycemic attack
which is like a panic attack cured with food, and yesterday noon I had
one slice of whole wheat bread [Branola.] So far no problems.
Including no asthma. Usually the discomfort happens within a couple of
hours. I will continue to keep you updated.

I will not return to what Gayle refers to as "the Wheat based American
diet" however I'm thrilled to be thinking I can have carrot soup which
sometimes has a little flour in it at my friend's house.
