There was a lot of repetition in the responses.

"My favorite low carb high calories GF foods are: eggs, olives, olive oil, 
avocadoes, meats and fish, peanut butter (natural/no added sugar) and plain 
nuts/no starches or sugars added.  If you can eat dairy, cheese other than 
American is carbohydrate free. Many salad dressings that are oil/vinegar 
based are safe (check labels for carbs), or make one yourself. Lettuces are 
also low in carbs. Bacon if no added sugars is good for adding calories, 
since is is mostly fat."

"Meat, eggs, and fish if you eat them. Unsweetened yogurt and cheese if you 
can"

"Cheese, beans, and/or lentils would be good."
