Hello Celiac Friends,

The responses I got are summarized below:

http://www.innseekers.com/gluten.cfm Look for GF places to stay through
this search engine.

Claremont in Oakland, California. One person stayed here and had no
problems getting GF food; had to ask beforehand. There were no slip-ups.

TheHighlands Inn at Carmel was suggested as the staff are very willing
to cater to guests' needs. http://www.hyatt.com/usa/carmel/hotels/

Canyon Ranch in Tucson, Arizona has a kitchen that bakes gluten-free
bread & muffins every morning & all the food is fantastic.

The Day Spa in Las Vegas at the Venetian. No problems in ordering food at
the spa cafe, but they don't bake GF.

Villa Heidelberg in Seattle bakes for the GIG Conferences.

Crystal Cruises provides for their gluten-free passengers.

Candlelight Inn (B&B) in Napa used to be run by a celiac. It was sold some
time ago. (707) 257-3717
