First of all I want to sincerely thank all of you for your timely and supportive responses. I normally try to respond to each person individually; however, I received over 100 responses to my initial post, which is more than I ever imagined.

You were all so candid and informative that my nerves were set at ease. The worst parts were definately the prep (1 gallon of nu/litely) and the IV (3 tries in the left, 2 in the right... come on already). The procedure was a breeze, seing as I can not even remember nine tenths of it. Recuperated from the drugs quickly enough that my wife and I took the T home with no problems at all.
Mild sore throat now, but all in all it was indeed a piece of cake.

Thanks again.
David.
