I went to a wonderful little restaurant in Encinitas,
CA called Tastes - The total wine experience.  They
offer wine tasting and great food. I was there for a
private party and the chef Sean Fisher(spelling?) was
great when I told him I needed to have everything GF
and dairy free. I had no problems at all. I ate so
many different things including a GF crab/lobster
cake! He made a special beet and caramelized onion
salad and many other things for me. The wine was
wonderful too! I typically react to alcohol(but not
this time) for some reason and only drink a glass
about once a month or so. Anyways the # is
760-942-9549. I cannot guarantee GF and do not know
the owner or anything. But I will be going there
again!
