I received a few more posts about this flour so I though I would send one
more post with the information I received from others on this list.

* one person said Linda Blanchard has a great bread recipe on her web
   site http://www2.basinlink.com/us/mindpla/celiacpg.htm

* another person pointed out that there is a difference between bean
flour and garbanzo bean flour. Foods made with garbanzo flour will
not have as light of a texture as those made with bean flour.

* There were a few books I did not know the names of author or book in my
last post about garbanzo bean flour they are:

Spicer, Kay, 1993, _Full of Beans_, Mighton House, Box 399,
   Campbellville, Ontario L0P 1B0, ISBN 0-9695688-1-9

Fenster, Carol, 1995, _Wheat-Free Recipes & Menus_, Savory Palate,
   Inc., 800-741-5418, ISBN 1-57502-049-1

Fenster, Carol, 1997, _Special Diet Solutions_, Savory Palate, Inc.,
   800-741-5418, ISBN 1-889374-00-8

* Try some indian cooking - a lot of the recipies call for chickpea
   flour.

Happy Cooking :)
