ALL,

I didn't mean to offend anyone, and any who were offended, I can only say
that I am sorry. I would never take any kind of "more gluten-free than
thou" attitude...because I am not perfect, and I still mess up with my diet.
What I do is share information...I share the studies that are shared with
me...and it really sucks to learn that I have to take these foods out of my
life and the life of my daughter & husband who are not CD. But I stressed
the french fries because of what it is in them, is no better than eating the
gluten. I have no right nor would I ever try and tell anyone how to live
their lives, and if you took it that way, there is nothing that I can say.
Many of you have responded with curiosity, and support, and there has been
less positive support as well. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I
Respect that. What I was trying to say, and maybe I should have been more
direct and specific; but if you really begin to look at what it is a lot of
the GF foods, there are ingredients cause damage at the cellular level.
Damage that may not effect us early in our lives...the damage does come back
to get us in the form of heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and many
other degenerative diseases.

Yes, I do sell a nutritional product that has been scientifically proven, I
and can list all of the medical journals it has been reviewed by, and the
present studies taking place. BUT that is NOT why I am posting this...I am
NOT looking at this group as a bunch of customers...I am simply obligated to
share knowledge. I cannot sit back and not share with anyone who wants to
learn more about what is really being put in our foods. I am CD, and I have
to spend a lot of time reading labels, and as I found foods I could eat I
was thrilled. But then when I still didn't feel so great, and began
learning more about the other ingredients, it all began to come together and
make sense.

So the way that I see things, if you simply want more information to arm
yourself with, that's what I offer.
If you decide that you want to learn more about what I take and sell, hey
that's fine too.

I know and understand that many of you have been dealing with diet and such
much longer than I have, and there are some that are still having problems
after numbers of years. And I can't help but feel that I have no right NOT
to share what I know, and possibly offer something that can make a
difference. I learned a long time ago, that we have to be our own care
givers, and that many Doctors -- certainly not all (I do not wish to offend
any reading this), but there are many that are Jaded...And everything that I
have to deal with, Celiac, Lyme, Autism, Immunizations, and other resulting
disorders, all tie together...Proper nutrition does make a difference...and
it begins at the cellular level.

This will probably be my last post, in that I feel I am wearing my
welcome...I have probably gone over-board and am being too aggressive with
this response. But I will be reachable, for anyone who does want to contact
me...

my home email is [log in to unmask] as the email I am sending with is my
work email [log in to unmask]

Again to anyone whom I may have offended, I am sorry...

To everyone, please be well...you are all in my thoughts and wishes for the
best of health and happiness...

Christine
