You don't need a mix to make gravy....this is a fast and delicious way

Bring one or two cans of Swanson's low salt chicken broth to a boil...Add herbs of choice--parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme are the usual.  Onion powder and garlic powder are good additions.  REDUCE TO HALF over high heat.  Test for seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.  Make a slurry of 1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot and 1/2 cup cold water.  Add to broth, stirring constantly until gravy thickens and turns clear.  Add pan drippings, if abailable
