Several of you asked how to reach Sylvan Border Farms. They are located in
Mendicono County, California. The number is 800 297-5399 or e-mail to Joan
Wade at [log in to unmask] I've included my original post-typos corrected.

Mark wrote about Sylvan Border Farms dark bread mix and other products.
These are top notch and much more healthy flour combination than other
rice/tapioca,potato flour combinations. I keep a sliced loaf of the dark
bread in the freezer for a quick sandwich or breakfast toast. It takes like
dark rye. I know that Joan Wade, the owner, is extra careful about the
source of all of her ingredients, and they're very healthy for celiacs.
Joan has come to our group meetings and shared many of her goodies with us.
