My 17 year old coeliac son will be visiting Paris for 3 days next week with some friends. He will take bread, snacks etc and a French restaurant card but I would be grateful if anyone has any recent reports of good experiences in the main tourist areas especially round the Louvre (they will be staying just north of the Louvre). He and his friends will be looking for "proper" food (ie not burgers) but will have limited budgets.
Any recommendations for eg a creperie where they can do a GF crepe, would be especially useful. They might enjoy some Vietnamese food too (which I seem to remember does not have as much soya sauce as Chinese food).
